        Hot water no longer works in the master bathroom soaking tub. What could the problem be? House is three years old.

          We had this problem too. We rent, so we didn’t have to fix it ourselves, but my husband seems to think the plumber said it was that the washer or o-ring came loose and was clogging the line somehow.

            Correct, the tap gets turned off tight, and the washer gets jammed in the off position.
