The only hing yu really have to know is: A. do you have gray plastic pipes in the ati? B. do you have a blue plastic pipe fromhe meter to the house? (If the answer to A. was yes, then the answer to B is almost always Yes, also) C. Is the house less than 10 years old? D. Is the house less than 12 years old?If the answer to A. is YES, then the house cannot be more than 12 years old.if the answer to B. is YES, then the house cannot be more than 10 years old to have it replaced.If you fit into the above categories, then call 1-800-356-3496 to submit a claim. : i just found out about this and know very little about it, need links on the subject thanx
