I have a toilet that appears to be leaking from the base. I took off the bowl and noticed there was a lot of wax under it. I installed a new wax ring and the next morning there was water around the base again. This is on a wood floor, so any water will ruin the floor. Any ideas?

Are you sure that the outside of the bowl/tank isnt sweating? Perhaps the tank to bowl connection gasket is leaking or the tank to bowl bolts are loose (CAREFUL WHEN TIGHTENING). Are those tank bolt gaskets still intact?
