Im looking for a Bathtub Shower Diverter Spout with a hose connection that will allow a shower hose and head to be attached to it. It must fit on a fitting extending 5 from the wall (3/4 ). Need part number, price, and source for item, if it is even made.

The dynamics of the spout require that the threads be at or near the wall. You will have o cut the tubing off and install the adapter next to the wall.
