What are the Pros/Cons when comparing electric to gas tankless water heaters? I am leaning towards SETS electric tankless water heater. All comments welcomed.

Before you make up your mind I think http://www.takagi-usa.com is worth looking at, click on hot water systems.

Unless it has between 12,000 and 18,000 watts of input the flow may have to be reduced to allow the wate to heat properly. And at that wattage, the wires and breaker will have to handle between 50 and 75 amps which may overload your service equipment.
