our electric hot water heater is about 6 years old and a new thermostat was placed about 1 1/2 years ago but we still have thw same problem which is every seven days usually Sunday for some reason the hot water heater reset clicks off. we have to go outside the house and downstairs to reset it. we drained it, etc. but still have the same problem we also set back the temperature. what else can we do so the reset doesnt click off (or on I guess I should say)?ThanksCheryl and Rodger.
