Water pressure?

I posted something similar to this a while ago, but I cant find it in the new system. Sorry for any duplication.Long ago, I asked a question about hot water in the cold position on my Moen faucets. I was told to replace the cartridges. I did and now I have another problem. After replacing a particularlly leaky tub faucet cartridge, I noticed a change in water pressure; sometimes. I first noticed it in the washing machine. About a minute into the fill cycle, the water just stops. It stayed off for about a minute and when the pressure switch clicked on I had full pressure. Now it has gotten far worse. It does it at least once during a shower and occassionally spits as if there is air in the line. Am I correct in assuming that the problem is not the submersible pump in the well, but rather a problem with air in the tank or the pressure switch? If not what is the problem? Either way, what can be done to fix it? Thanx.
