forced hot water vs hot air heating systems

I am purchesing a Modular home. The last time We meet with the broker we heard the home will have the hot air system, the model has forced hot water. My Question is witch heating system is more liked in your industry. Thank you!

For just heating, most plumbers like hot water. If you are going to add air conditioning, then you either have to use forced air or have two separate systems.: I am purchesing a Modular home.
