MemberWe purchased a Moen Kitchen faucet approx two yrs ago. We had it installed by a professional plumber. The last several months we have had no water pressure. A plumber last week was out and told us it appears to be a faulty faucet. This is a top of the line Moen Faucet. Is there someone at Moen I can call or talk to about this. It does not seem right to have to spend another three or four hundred dollars on a new faucet and installation! Thanks George331@AOL.com

Thanks George331@AOL.comI would assume the areator on end of spout was checked this would be the first thing to do, Does the valve have a sprayer hose, if so the transfer valve inside may be stuck. operate the spray hose rapidly it may free itself. please post your results

Thanks George331@AOL.comIf you can find MOEN on the web or through 800 information, give them a call. They are usually very helpful in diagnosing the problem and may even send a new part(s), since most of their faucets are guaranteed. Good luck
