I just had a new hot water tank installed in my apt. The tank is located in the kitchen next to the sink. Now the hot water in my bathroom sink and shower flows out slowly and takes a while to heat up. Even though the handle thing under the sink is turned open all the way and the faucet is turned all the way. I was wandering why this is (also the water turns cold during my short shower) It is a 30 gallon tank. I was wandering if there were some flow restricter plugs in the water heater stems that should have been taken out and that is why the water flow in the bathroom is so slow. Thank you for any help or advice you can give
