Briggs Toilet

I have a low tank Briggs model toilet. Had trouble with it flushing and repaired flapper, but now no water comes out around under the rim to wash down the walls. Think that maybe I am missing some part or hose. I had some extra pieces left over after fixing the flapper that I couldnt figure out what to do with. Does anyone have a schematic of how this thing is supposed to work? Or know who I can see about helping me get it fixed? Thanks!!
