I repalce a cabnit under the sink, and tried to reconnet the faucet to the water supply, After doing so I get no water from the faucet at all, however if I turn on the vaules when they are no attached I get plenty of water pressure. What am I doing wrong?

The aerator screen on the end of the faucet is plugged.
