Most Delta repair kits on the market are designed to fix the crystal ball handle and the lever handle faucets. There are always two sets of O-rings in the kit. One set a little bigger than the other. I always use the larger set but what are the others for. Am I safe in throwing them away? Are they for another brand?

They are for the earlier Delta models. If you do not need them for any other use, you can throw them away. Actually, if you need those “O” rings for your faucet, you would have the wrong seat rubbers for it in that kit.
