I have installed my dishwasher by following instructions on the manual, but the dishwasher is not recieving water. i connected the copper tubing to the water inlet and the machine turns on. But water is not going through the machine. I have turned on the water under the sink and it is going through the tubing because it dripped slightly and I had to tighten the connection. i alson ran the hot water in the sink as described in the instruction manual. What could it be. This dishwasher is a kenmore ultra wash model # 665.1675590 Help!

Lori:– Sometimes the Dishwasher is shipped with the float switch mechanism imobilized for shipping purposes. See if there isnt a piece of tape or other restraint holding the switch from working properly. There generally is a trouble shooting guide at the back of the installation manual with a question and answer format. Lots of luck…Bud
