We purchased the Sabella Jacuzzi three years ago when we built our house. Unfortunately, the Jacuzzi authorized installers had to tear it out twice because they couldnt install it properly. We were waiting for them to tear it out again when a leak occured because the plumber forgot to tighten the shower head and it leaked behind the tub. The builder refused to repair for at least a year. Finally, I was able to have the plumbers insurance cover the mess and they repaired just about everything. We hired another plumber to reinstall the Jacuzzi under the supervision of the district Jacuzzi representative. Afterwards, the Jacuzzi rocked back and forth. The Jacuzzi rep. said the unit was defective and promised to replace it. We have been waiting for six months because Jacuzzi is fighting among thems selves about which Jacuzzi district should pay for the new tub! The general counsel for Jacuzzi recently sent me a 3 page release form to sign in order to receive the Jacuzzi! It basically says that we will get the Jacuzzi but the installer and Jacuzzi are not reponsible if they are not able to install it or any problems arise out of this installation! Jacuzzi corportate is completely unresponsive to their customers. The manager of customer service orders his employees to not put any customers through to his line! Jacuzzi feels their customer is the reseller not the end user! Jacuzzi sold us a defective unit from the beginning, their product was never installed properly, and we are left with a non-working Jacuzzi that cost $4,000 not including all the installation expenses! The plumber does not feel he is responsible for a defective unit and they will no longer be involved with this installation. Do you have any ideas?
