I am replacing the toilet in the lower level of a trilevel.
The floor is cement. There was no closet flange upon removal-how do I replace the new toilet.

Wolcott: For this type of installation you will require a “Bondo Kit” or the services of a qualified Plumber. I reccomend the latter.

Ahrmand, thanks for the reply just one more question.
What is a bondo kit? Do you know where I might find one?
            Thank you

Mssr. Wolcott…The “Bondo Kit” is available at “K” Mart in the automotive section for about $5 in US funds. In my country it is used for all manner of repairs. Some of our local dentists or using this material for tooth repair and replacement.
Without “Bondo” and “duct tape” where would civilization be today?
