My polybutylene claim has been rejected because I did the repairs myself and don’t have any proof that the repairs were done within the covered time period. I’m I just out of luck because I fixed these leaks on my own, or is there any other recourse. I’ve been told there is an ombudsman but don’t know who he is or how to get in touch with him/her.
