My 1958 home has a 5 sided sink attached to the wall in the bathroom. The fixtures are all front mounted on the back wall of the sink and need to be replaced. The brand is CENTRAL but we can’t find what we need. Where can I get replacements?

Try Sexauer Or Creed Or NYC Replacement parts.
You may have to take a picture so they can match it up from the type of handle.
By the way your faucet is a decent quality and this company is still in business so you maybe able to contact a local plumbing supply and get the exact address of the manufacturer. Good luck
