Have a Langco Mains Pressure Connected Urn. These are the nameplate details: Max working press: 6Lbs/sqinch 16Ft Cat No:W1050 Not sure of the Cat No. I would like to restore this urn to a better condition. The element is no problem as I am an electrician and can replace that myself. I want to replace the insulation as it seems to smell. Is this easy? and how do I go about it? Is there any way of telling whether the tank is any good inside? Will the water running through the tank be fit to drink? If not how would I make it drinkable? If anyone could give me any information it would be great.
