I have low flow rate from kitchen faucet. I speed up a little when the sprinkler is also turned on. I suspect some type of vapor lock. Is that possible? How do these faucets work? How do I fix?

Mad: Try the simple solutions first, remove the aerator from the spout and check it for lime deposits or debris. Soaking it overnight in a glass of vinegar or “Lime-a-way” may be all that’s needed.
