My 12 year old water heater (electric) MAY have a small leak of water coming out the bottom onto the floor. I cant see it too clearly. I still have good hot water though. No ther problems. Is it time for the unit to go bad. ANy other thoughts.

If the water is not leaking from the elements or the water inlets on the top and bottom, then it is time to replace it. : My 12 year old water heater (electric) MAY have a small leak of water coming out the bottom onto the floor.
