Weve just moved into a 3-yr old house and weve got a continuing amount of little white deposits of some kind coming through the hot water supply. Should I flush out the water heater or what? Thanks for any insight.

If it appears to be plastic, then the dip tube in the heater is disintegrating, and should be replaced before the heater gets too much of it in there and it becomes a continual problem. you might contact the heater manufacturer and see if they are warranteeing it.: Weve just moved into a 3-yr old house and weve got a : continuing amount of little white deposits of some kind : coming through the hot water supply.
