300 feet of 10 inch waste line,360 cells, inmate has ability to flush sheets and blankets, clogging system. waste line has holes on top for clean out but sewage spills over into pit with pumps-back to 10.Help

Rich – I think you are trying to solve the problem at the wrong end. Let em flush. After a few live with no pillow or blanket for the next year, the rest will be less inclined to follow suit. Please dont tell me that if a pillow comes up missing, you give them another…….
