I punctured my waste line from my upstairs bath while installing some cabinets below. Is there a plug or epoxy you could recommend for a quick fix?

This depends on the material of your piping?

Lead, copper, cast iron, steel or plastic.

There is a Skinner clamp that is used for temporary repairs Or you can cut out a section of piping and install a No Hub coupling Or if the hole is small enough you can use Hercules propoxy Or if it is ferrious metal you can use a torch applied Black and white BUT have a fire extingusher near by.

If it is lead or copper piping you could use a bar solder like Flemco # 1 and lead wipe and easy repair using a non acid flux
