I need advise on installing a plastic turf-tite clean-out riser. My problems are: 1. I dont know if this is the best way to go about raising the septic tank opening. Is a concrete collar better?? 2. What is the best way to go about putting in the plastic riser? I have a 24 inch opening [that is square] to cover with an 18inch riser [that is round.]ANY advise and/or experience stories would be a great help. Thanks! Valerie
