we moved into a new house in may 1997. since the beginning any time there is any significant rainfall and we use shower and/or laundry, we get a terrible septic smell in the house. smell is strongest around the 1/2 bath on 1st level, but can also be found in laundry room and bath on 2nd floor. builder has had plumber replace all 3 toilets and wax rings but problem persists. HELP!
