When I turn on the hot water for a shower , the water comes out nice and strong at first , then ends up a trickle. Sometimes I have to readjust the presure two or three times before it stays strong. Can you Help PLEASE!!!

The washer is going bad and therefore it expands when it gets hot and then you have to open the valve to compensate. When it finally expands to its maximum, then you dont have to adjust it further.: When I turn on the hot water for a shower , the water : comes out nice and strong at first , then ends up a : trickle.
