A check valve was added to at my meter box when the grey pipe was replaced. The inspector said I need an expansion tank. He listed 2 types – a tank system and a relief valve with discharge tube to the outside.The plumbers approved by the class action lawsuit group said a third type is allowed and will be used. It is a modified toliet tank supply device.Have you heard of this third type and how good is it? Thanks
