To replace a kitchen faucet wa
sher you take out the stem and unscrew the washer from the stem. The stem in my faucet is smooth on the bottom and there is no place to put in the screw. How do I keep the washer in place? -
You may have a “washerless” faucet which does not use a washer or a screw.
