In 1980, I purchased a mobile home. I had water pipes to burst in numerous places in my home. Because of the faulty plumbing system, several of my floors need to be replaced. I am unable to restore the whole system and repair all the damage that has been caused. What can I do about this, and who can I complain to regarding my problems? Where do I get all the money from to fix all the damages? I have been informed that there was a lawsuit filed and awared to the person who purchased their mobile home during a 10 to 5 year timeframe. I would like to get in touch with those individuals and what do they plan on doing about my damages.

ParticipantYou have to submit the damages to your insurance company. You are well outside the 12 years for the class action suit.: In 1980, I purchased a mobile home. Participant: We just bought our new home. One of the showers doesnt work. The water will not come out of the showerhead. It is like the knob that you pull up for the shower to come on doesnt work. Will I need to replace the whole showerhead to fix this problem?
