        I have an Amtrol water heater that
        is an add-on to my boiler system
        (ie – one of the zones on my boiler). When the water heater calls for heat, there is a loud whistling (like blowing air across an empty beer bottle). It only occurs when there is boiler water circulating in the loop.

        Any suggestions would be appreciated.

          Hi DAVE,
          Sounds like a bad circulator or a stuck valve in the closed position.
