i dont know who to call – plumber or well person. the water in my home spurts everytime i turn on the tap anywhere inside or outside my home and when the toilet is flushed i hear the spurting as the tank fills. any suggestions??? it is rattling the pipes like crazy.. thanks for any help

Either one should be able to help.
