Im trying to replace a Price-Pfiser tub spout and the backing plate to the on/off handle. The local hardware supply (Orchard Hardware) doesnt carry the exact model and color I need. Where is the best place to get replacement parts? I couldnt find a Price-Pfiser web page…

ParticipantIf yo are trying to find the octagonal plate in antique brass, you probably wont, but check with your local plumber. Or call 1-800-PFISTER, I think that is the correct number, and see if they can help.: Im trying to replace a Price-Pfiser tub spout and the backing plate to the on/off handle. ParticipantI have the model faucet that has the filter cartridge in the spout. The lever that controls the water flow wont stay in one place. It has to be held in position. It shuts off fine and turns on, but it wont stay in the position that it is left in.
