strong urine smell even after replacing wax seal on toilet

We have a 2-story house with three toilets, two upstairs and one downstairs. Around three days ago, the downstairs toilet abruptly started to smell very badly, emitting a strong urine-like smell.The bathroom was completely cleaned. No change. I gave the toilet a chemical treatment with a product called Draino. No change. I took off the toilet, replaced its wax seal. No change. Oddly, it is not a fecal smell. It really smells of urine, like a public mens urinal that hasnt been cleaned for a day or so. Yuck.We have no pets so it is not a cat spraying or something like that.Any suggestions as what this might be would be greatly appreciated.Stefan Gower

Place one with the horn on top of the pipe coming out of the floor. Place the plain ring on the base of the toilet. This usually works.Pete

THEY LAST A FEW MONTHS.

It wont solve the problem but there are products out there to eliminate the smell of urine. We had success using Fresh Again Bathroom Spray, on the web at http://www.lintecinc.comGood luck!

To eliminate urine odor scrub your toilet and the floor around it with clorox bleach mixed with laundry detergent.

Hello everyone,Can anyone tells me why my precum smells so terrible? it never smells so bad before, even after I finish took a shower , and I go to the bathroom to urine, that too smells very high, mostly I want to know why is this happening to me.My girlfriend sto having oral sex with me due to the fact it smells very bad most of the time, and its mostly the precum.Can someone tell me why and email me ASAP, I would be very grateful.
