I have to replace a comode with a 15 inch roughin. Does anyone know who makes one?

The old wall hung tanks when we replace them we have to use a 14″ rough. Tank and bowl.
if your water supply lines have the volume and pressure you maybe able to use either a back mount or top mount spud toilet for a flushometer valve. Other wise
if you decided to use an offset floor flange it may not be legal in your area and even then it would have to be installed backwards.
