im getting a clanking sound from the valve on the cold inline pipe of my 2-yr old, electric water heater. about a 3-4 second delay between clanks. itll clank for an hour or so, then stop for an hour or so, then start up again. very unpredictable. water pressure gets lower during a clank, then is normal for 3-4 seconds, etc. have you heard of this before? thanks a ton.
