Hot water pipe broke under sink of upper unit/condo. Now, finally, flooding under control but needs to stop further damage to lower unit. We pulled carpet but what can be done to dry out wood etc under floor to minimize downstairs damage. Please answer asap. Martin

Contact a damage control company to handle the problem.
