sometimes hot, sometimes not

        first thing in the morning, the water is plenty hot but not much of it. (Natural gas) wait 30 minutes and there is plenty of hot water. any one know what gives???

          We need a little more info. to be able to help you out. Like what size or kind of heater you have.There are alot of diff. systems out there.
