The floor drain in my basement will slightly overflow when my washer drains into the laundry tub. After researching my options, it looks like water jetting the pipes would work best but I also found an advertising for Bio-Clean. Appartently this product has enzymes and bacteria that will eat the “gunk” on the inside of my pipes which has accumulated since it was built in 1947. Has anybody used the product and if so, was it successful? Thanks for any insight.

I did use Bio Clean (someone gave me sample) AFTER I water jetted a grease trap.
I do a yearly cleaning on this trap without chemical use as I felt Hey this trap lasted long before chemicals were introduced why meddle with a good thing?

I just feel my jetting action is PERFECT on commerical accounts.
