Septic Tank System Alternatives

We have a newer trailer in northern MI, located on an area of our property with a high water table. It will only be used weekends, and a few weeks in the fall. The inspector wishes us to move the trailer to a high sandy hill on our property and put in a septic tank/field there. (Weve been using a smaller trailer with a holding tank while we redo the newer one.) Moving the newer trailer uphill thru the woods would involve a great deal of work/expense. What are our alternatives that would involve the least dollar outlay? Could we pump the sewage uphill to a septic field? Approx cost for pump? Could we build a mound? Should we buy a big holding tank for the new trailer? Approx cost for holding tank? Are there any other ideas? if the distance isnt too far to be feasible, pumping is a safe alternative.This involves setting 2 septic tanks (1 to break down solids connected to second to pump from).
