Sewer Pump

I am thinking about building a house with a basement. The city tells me that the sewer line in the street is only 6 feet deep. Is there a solution to getting the sewer waste from a basement up the pipe via a pump? Do you suggest any products or companies? Anything else I should consider when building a new house in relation to the plumbing? Thank You!
