Hi, I recently looked at a house for sale, and there was a hole (about 6 inches round) in the basement concrete floor filled with water. It slowly trickels a couple feet down the nearby drain. Is the water table really high here and house will forever have problems, or is this water collecting from the downspouts, etc.??Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks
