ground water seeping.

I have a new home with a ejector pump for the condensation off the AC which flows into a floor drain to
the pit. I am having trouble with ground water seeping in around the drain pipe that goes into the pit. I need to know how to seal around this pipe and what I should use to do this.

Sandy be thankful that the ground water found it’s way to this pump instead of searching for another opening in your basement floor.

This way you actually are controlling where it comes in.

Remember YOU can never stop water only divert it…. Look at the Grand canyon.. Ta Dum
