I am installing (2)10′, (1)7′, & (2)5′ sections of baseboard in basement. Should each section be piped separately? Can all sections be piped in on series loop? If so, can I pipe the supply in bottom fitting and return on top fitting? Does each section need a bleeder valve on it? If this is the case I cannot pipe return on top fitting. Basically what is the proper installation?

You can use the bottom openings for both supply and return. Each radiator has to have its own air vent installed on one of the top openings.
