We purchased a home that’s only 12 years old and have noticed the water pressure is decreasing over the months. We have checked all the valves and pipes. It runs low out of everything – the shower, the faucets, and the washer (mainly the hot water). Should we have a plumber out to look at it?

Yes BUT before you hire a Licensed Master Plumber (Ask to see the license) Call your water department to see if they are either working on the water mains OR lowered the pressure for some reason
