        If I move to New Jersey can my time towards my license transfer from Colorado?

          You should call the New Jersey Dept. of Law and Public Safety and ask for the Plumbing Dept. I would get the person’s name that you are talking with and write the information down as soon as you are off the phone, while it is still fresh. Always keep any diplomas, certificates etc. for any courses or classes you have taken over the years. And as you go from job to job try to get a letter from each employer stating your total hours and any training while in their employ.
