Contact any REAL plumbing supply in your area. Besides just the “fixtures” the laws governing ADA and barrier free designs also require the plumber to furnish and install grab bars that also must meet certain requirements.
If this is in a public place with stalls then you have to take into consideration the size of each booth so it can accommodate a wheel chair.
The grab bar height and diameter is also critical as well as the basin sink waste to prevent the disabled from having their legs burned or banged against the fixture trap.
I think your local plumbing contractor should have both the local plumbing code PLUS the Barrier free design code and hopefully a copy of the latest in ADA requirements
