        Water runs from the tub faucet when the handle for faucet/shower is switched to shower. The shower works fine, but a small stream of water still runs from the tub faucet. Any suggestions? Thank you

          Repair /Replace the tub diverter.

          You do NOT have to shut the water off to do this.

            Appreciate for your response. Now…can you tell me what is a diverter and where is it located? You’re talking to a real novice here. Thanks

              If this is a Symmons tub & shower valve this is normal read the paper work that your plumber left for you.
