I’ve tried everything…changing flapper, flusher device..but my old style toilet will not finish the flush process most of the time..The water swirls like it is going to flush, but stops short of actually flushing..It’s on the same vent line as my other toilet, and that works fine..What else can I try..short of replacing the toilet…Thanks.

1- look inside the tank and double check the water level 1″ below the over flow tube is normal.
2- check the actual flushing action of the flapper adjustment so the flapper doesnt short cycle
3- Have a plumber Auger out this WC to make sure you dont have a partial blockage.
