Converting from a multi hole sink to a single hole with a new Kohler Coralis faucet. Supposedly you can hook the dishwasher line up somehow to the faucet, but the installation instructions are lacking clarity.
Any insight you might be able to provide would be greatly appreciated.

You hook the DW line to the hot water valve coming from the wall. There is no good reason to connect to the faucet and the installations that do that usually wind up with leakage problems.

Off the H/W piping coming out of the wall put in a TEE fitting with a valve controlling the H/W to the faucet and one controlling the water supply to the dish washer.
In case either of these things fail you can isolate ONE of them so your still in business.
This is just common decency
